All The Tools You Need!

Leslie Dunn, DPT

As a physical therapist wanting to teach aerobics/group fitness to older adults, I didn't know where to start. TherHab certification is the right place to go to build your skillset. The certification will take you through all of the steps including marketing, client intake, assessments, and appropriate placement of your participants in the right exercise group. The most challenging part of teaching for me was learning to use beats of the music and choreography. TherHab fitness certification class teaches you this skill and how to adjust the intensity of the choreography to create the appropriate challenge for your class. You will leave this course with all of the tools you need to get started including a video library, class descriptions, ideas for strength, balance, flexibility, core and cardio routines, marketing materials, and most importantly outstanding one-on-one support via email or phone. Don't "invent the wheel" yourself, let the TherHab Fitness team teach you how to do it!" Leslie Dunn

TherHab has unique class offerings to allow us to help a variety of the people we serve. Having the programming taken care of has left me with more opportunities to market and grow the client base."Shannon Cobb
