  • WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A FACILITY LICENSE AND AN INDIVIDUAL CERTIFICATION WITH LICENSE?

    Individual certification is one certification to offer one program. A facility license is a business in a box with multiple certifications.

  • ARE THERE PREREQUISITES FOR THERHAB FITNESS CERTIFICATIONS?

    Yes, any person wanting to become a licensed TherHab Fitness instructor must be an PT. OT, PTA or COTA OR have a group fitness certification through the ACSM (CPT, EC-P, CEP, Group Exercise Instructor etc.), and have at least an undergraduate or graduate degree in health sciences. (Exercise and Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Nursing, PTA, DPT, etc.) Group fitness instructors would need to partner with a PT/OT to deliver the program.

  • CAN I USE THE LOGO's and BRANDING WITH THE CERTIFICATION

    Yes, The certification includes a license to use the nationally recognized and trademarked branding and logo

  • WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I'M CERTIFIED?

    After completing the instructor training, you will have access to evidence based structured programing and the confidence and knowledge to begin teaching whenever you feel like you are ready. TherHab Fitness Certified individuals act as independent contractors, giving them the freedom to set there own schedule, set there own pricing, terms of agreements, etc.

  • HOW LONG IS A THERHAB FITNESS VALID?

    After receiving your certificate of completion, the license is valid for one year. TherHab Fitness always encourages it's instructors to broaden their horizons, and stay up to date with the latest research being done. To help TherHab Fitness instructors maintain their status, TherHab fitness has numerous amounts of opportunities annually to renew your certifications

  • ARE THE CERTIFICATIONS OFFERED CONVENIENTLY ONLINE?

    Yes, TherHab Fitness Certifications are online with zoom video training and check-off. The training is extensive and will leave you prepared to begin offering TherHab Fitness Classes

  • HOW WOULD I GO ABOUT RENEWING MY CERTIFICATION AFTER ONE YEAR?

    Renew your TherHab Fitness Instructor License by paying the associated renewal fee. By joining the TherHab Fitness Network of Providers you will receive a username and password to our TherHab Fitness training HUB where you can access class outlines, updates, and marketing materials.

  • MY FACILITY WANTS TO HOST THERHAB FITNESS, HOW DO I MAKE THIS HAPPEN?
